Carla Diaz is a writer from New York City. Her work appears in EPOCH, The Kenyon Review, Joyland Magazine and elsewhere. She's received scholarships from the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference and the Minnesota Northwoods Writers Conference, as well as a nomination for Best American Short Stories in 2021. She completed her MFA in Fiction Writing at Vanderbilt University. She currently lives in Atlanta and is at work on a novel.
